Calculation corrections
Include the calculator page URL, selected region and material, the inputs you used, the result shown, and the result you expected. Please remove customer names, street addresses, quote numbers, and other private project information. A small reproducible example is more useful than a complete job record.
Density and source updates
If a displayed range or cited document needs review, identify the exact material and location and include a public supplier data sheet, standards page, government publication, or other primary source when possible. Product-specific loose bulk density is especially useful when its moisture condition, grading, and measurement unit are stated.
Accessibility and browser problems
Describe what you were trying to do, the browser and device used, and whether the problem involved a keyboard, screen reader, zoom, form validation, shared link, or visual layout. A screenshot can help, but it should not contain personal or confidential information.
What email does—and does not—do
There is no upload form, account, live chat, or guaranteed response time. Calculator inputs are not attached automatically; only information placed in the email is sent. Messages cannot provide a site inspection, engineering design, product certification, supplier quote, or emergency advice. For those needs, contact the responsible local professional or material supplier.
